Group Supervisors, crew and cooking crew for Freshmen Weekend 2025!

It's time again for the most beautiful and amazing event that every via member will remember for the rest of their life. And this, my dear reader, is of course about the first-year weekend that will take place on September 26-28, 2025. But now you're thinking: "Hey, I'm not a first-year, what use is this information to me!" Well, I have excellent news, you (the newsreader) have been chosen to register as extra help to make this weekend possible and of course to relive EJW! Quickly fill in the form here and join us on EJW! A brief explanation of the different roles for everyone who doesn't quite remember them:

• You can become a supervisor. What you do, among other things, is supervise a group of super cool first-years during the weekend, you do this in pairs. -You can join the cooking crew. In that case, you will prepare dishes and toasties for everyone (very important!). -You can also 'just' become a mega-cool crew member. What you will do, among other things, is stand behind the bar and support the committee during the activities. We are already very much looking forward to it and we hope you are too :)
