Join our team as a Teaching Assistant for a second-year course of the Computational Social Science Bachelor's program, located at Roeterseiland Campus! In this dynamic role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the minds of budding computational social scientists. Your primary responsibility will be to provide insightful feedback on students' work, including engaging in mock oral examinations, evaluating students’ understanding of code and methods.

In addition to these duties, you will play a crucial role in supporting lecturers with the preparation of course materials, ensuring that our curriculum remains cutting-edge and relevant. Furthermore, you will be responsible for teaching practical sessions, imparting your knowledge and expertise directly to our students.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong command of Python, particularly with libraries like Pandas and Scikit-Learn. A mixed knowledge base in statistical and machine learning methods such as linear regression, logistic regression, and decision trees is also essential. This role is a chance to contribute significantly to the academic journey of our students, guiding them through the complexities of computational approaches in social science research.
