Panelists wanted for discussion night about diversity

Student Party LIEF will soon be organizing a faculty-wide discussion night in collaboration with the Diversity Office regarding diversity at the FNWI. They are therefore looking for students with an affinity for diversity to be panel members at this activity. You will come up with statements together, for example about subjects that you feel very involved with or that you think are important. What are the best ways to promote diversity? What works and what doesn't?

At the discussion night, we will discuss these statements in detail. All students present will think about whether they agree or disagree, and you can then share your opinion with the other panelists and from your own expertise. Everyone can contribute their ideas, and this way we can analyze the topic from all sides and learn a lot from each other!

The diversity officer of the FNWI, Dr. Machiel Keestra, will be present to tell us how the UvA deals with the topics. Also, two members of the Faculty Student Council, including the president, will be there. So it is also an opportunity to share your insights with those involved from the faculty!
