UvA and Het Parool organise a debate for students

Together with Het Parool, the UvA organises an election debate about subjects that concern UvA students. On Thursday March 8th, at Roeterseiland campus, eight candidates of Amsterdam will debate about the following cases:

• Amsterdam needs more social housing to give students a place in the city.
• There are too many foreign students at universities.
• Airbnb is a threat to Amsterdam.
• Street names and bridges that refer to the colonial past are hurtful and need to be given a new name.

The room is open from 19:00, and you can get in by showing your student ID card.
