Campus dialogues on Science Park
Last modified at: 31-05-2024
Recent demonstrations on UvA campuses and the police response to these protests have had a profound impact on our entire community. In these challenging times, the Central Diversity Office is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space on campus where student and staff well-being, connection and shared reflection are key. That's why the Central Diversity Office (CDO) is hosting weekly UvA Campus Dialogues lunch sessions.
The third lunch session is coming to Science Park. With the topic: Common ground - what connects us?
The starting point is the search for what connects us. The focus may be on the preconditions needed to move beyond the current impasse, with restoring trust as a starting point. We reflect on the concerns and needs of the entire community - bystanders and protesters, students and staff. This session aims to lay a foundation for further dialogue.
