Traineeship at Codit

Full of ambition, but without a background in IT; this is how I started the Integration traineeship at Codit. Within a year I’ve learned to program and integrate at breakneck speed. I’ve learned to use and apply .NET/#C, BizTalk, XSLT, SQL and HTML. I’ve done this by learning on the job. After this, I worked on customer cases under the guidance of various colleagues, e.g. software developing and testing. I’ve also had the chance to share my own ideas. Before I began at Codit I couldn’t have imagined that I, after completing a study in neuroscience, could learn so much in such a short time. The best part of the traineeship, in my opinion, was the speed in which I was trusted to work with customers on my own. The step to consultancy was an easy decision after this, but this is only the start!
