The Half-Year General Assembly took place on Monday 14 September. As a number of items could not be finalised during this meeting, an additional General Meeting will be held on 12 October. During this meeting, the half-yearly accounts of Board 27 and the annual accounts of Board 26 will be discussed. In addition, the VER Foundation will present its annual accounts.

There will also be time during this GA for the working group on amendments to the statutes. They are currently preparing amendments to the statutes and would like to gather input from members on this matter. Please therefore start thinking about any points that you believe could be amended, clarified or added.

The Financial statements GA will take place on Monday, September 14, starting at 6:00 p.m. in room L1.02. The relevant documents will be available here in a week. If you have any questions or comments about the documents, please write down the relevant headings in advance. Would you like to vote, but are unable to attend the GA? Then you can authorize someone else to vote on your behalf. To do so, send an email to presco@svia.nl from the email address you used to register on the site. Please include your first and last name and those of the proxy.

As usual, a free dinner will be provided in advance by the volunteer cooks. If you would like to join us for dinner, please register below by Friday, October 10 at the latest. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m. at the Kelder (L0.04).
