Board 27 is now halfway through its term, so it's high time for the mid-year General assembly! During this meeting, Board 27 will present its mid-year report, mid-year accounts, and mid-year budget. The annual accounts of the VER foundation will also be presented. The discharge of Board 26 will also be discussed.

For new members: a General assembly (GA) is a meeting at which all members are welcome and can participate in decisions on the items on the agenda. Important documents are often discussed, such as budgets, annual reports, policy plans, HR changes, and the like.

The semi-annual GA will take place on Monday, September 14, starting at 6:00 p.m. in room L1.02. The relevant documents will be available here in a week. If you have any questions or comments about the documents, please write down the relevant headings in advance. Would you like to vote, but are unable to attend the GA? Then you can authorize someone else to vote on your behalf. To do so, send an email to presco@svia.nl from the email address you used to register on the site. Please include your first and last name and those of the proxy.

As usual, a free dinner will be provided in advance by the cooking committee. If you would like to join us for dinner, please register below by Friday, September 11 at the latest. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m. at the Kelder (L0.04).
