Are you almost done with your Master's, but have no idea what you want to do when you're done? Are you still in doubt whether you want to go into academia or into industry? Or are you thinking about starting your own business? Come to Life After Graduation! On the 12th of June the third edition of Life After Graduation will be organized. This event will be held in the Brainwave at Science Park. PhDs, startups and companies will talk about what they did after graduation. They will also answer all the questions you have about life after graduating. After the event their will be drinks with bites and the opportunity to network with the speakers.

Phillip Lippe 🌟 PhD @ QUVA Lab 👨🎓 Master AI
Phillip is a PhD student at the Qualcomm-UvA (QUBA) Lab, specializing in the intersection of causality and machine learning, with a focus on causal representation learning and temporal data. He has experience as a Machine Learning Google Developer Expert for JAX and Flax, and has previously interned at Microsoft Research. He holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DHBW Stuttgart.
Dr. Melanie Rieback 🌟 CEO/Co-founder @ Radically Open Security 👨🎓 Master Computer Science
Dr. Melanie Rieback is the CEO and co-founder of Radically Open Security, a non-profit computer security company. In 2017, she was named "Most Innovative IT Leader of the Netherlands" by CIO. Melanie earned her master's degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
Joseph Groot Komerlink 🌟 Founding Hero @ AI Heroes 🎓 Master Artificial Intelligence
After completing his Master's in AI at the UvA, Joseph held various positions before founding AI Heroes. This startup specializes in providing AI solutions to companies.
