On April 21st, the Motion General Assembly will take place. This General Assembly we will discuss all motions brought before the General Assembly previously and discuss them. Board 21 will also give an update on their action points and the Lustrum Committee will present their plan for the upcoming months.
The General Assembly will take place at 6:30PM at Science Park, but due to the consequences of COVID-19, the board has decided that members will not have physical access. The General Assembly can be followed electronically via Zoom. In order to be able to manage everything during this online General Assembly, it is important that everyone registers in advance. When you register below, you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting. During the General Assembly you will also automatically receive emails with links and login details for voting.
If you are not able to attend the General Assembly, you can also sign up below to authorize someone to vote for you. To do so, you will need to enter the email address of the person you authorize. In addition, it is possible to ask questions about the documents and topics described above up to 24 hours before the start of the General Assembly. Questions submitted will be dealt with during the General Assembly and will be made accessible electronically in the form of the minutes, which will be published on the website (as usual). Questions can be submitted via email@example.com.
All documents that will be discussed during the General Assembly will be available here one week in advance. Here you will also be able to find the agenda for the General Assembly.
