It is almost time to choose a candidate board! Several people will nominate themselves, but in the end, it's up to the General Assembly to decide who will be part of the candidate board.

That's why there will be a General Assembly on Monday, December 4. At this General Assembly, the people who will nominate themselves will make their motivations and qualities known, and the interview committee will give their advice about them. There will be a moment to ask questions, and at the end, there will be a vote about the candidate board.

There are also a few other subjects on the agenda, such as a change in the bylaws and a budget amendment for the studytrip and our Lustrum. The relevant documents are available here, at least one week before the General Assembly. If you have questions or comments about the documents, please write down the relevant headings in advance. If you want to vote, but you can't come to the GA, then you can authorize someone to vote for you. To do so, email presco@svia.nl.

In addition, it is fun to bring a shoe for this GA, and set it out at the end of the GA. Who knows, maybe St. Nicholas will come by, and your shoe will be richly filled.

As usual, a free dinner will be provided in advance by the cooking committee. If you would like to join us for dinner, please register below no later than Friday, December 1st. Dinner will be served at 5 PM in front of the Kelder.
