Do you enjoy programming and solving difficult programming puzzles? Then participate to the Amsterdam Programming Contest! You will try to solve within a team as many programming problems within a certain time. The best teams moreover may join the international contest in Iceland! After a long wait, we can finally host this event in real life!
Every year in October, the Benelux Algorithm Programming Contest (BAPC) is organised by a study association in the Benelux. This year, the contest will be organized by VU and UMONS in Amsterdam.
Two to three teams are allowed to join the contest for each university. Thus, the UvA can also send a delegation of teams. The Amsterdam Programming Contest are the preliminaries of the UvA to determine which teams can participate to the BAPC.
Moreover, the best teams of Amsterdam may join NWERC for free, an international programming contests within Northwestern Europe, which will this year take place in Iceland!*
At the programming contest, you can solve various programming puzzles in a team of three people in Python, C, C++ or Java. You can register on the site as a team, but registering as an individual is also possible. In this case, we will try to find a team for you!
