On Tuesday, February 3rd, board 27 was voted in. This means that it is time for a constitution drink again 🥳 During a constitution drink, the new board of an association presents itself. Boards of associations from all over the Netherlands will come to meet board 27. All committee members are also invited to come to the reception with their committee 💬
If you want to come to the reception with the board of your association or with your committee, you first have to report to the pedel. He will then write you down on the list and announce the name of your board or committee when it is your turn. During the reception, you stand in a circle with the new board and your own chairman or coordinator talks about, for example, good cooperation and introduces his board or committee to the new board. During this process, your board or committee also gives a gift to the new board 🎁 Of course, the chairman or coordinator can also talk about this in detail. After the chairman of the new board has responded extensively, we will have drinks together and you will get the chance to write in the guest book of the new board ✍️
